ACADEMICS
Education is implemented through a traditional Christian perspective.Through a traditional approach, WCA seeks to engage each student through their educational journey. Through embracing the ideas that have transformed the western world, WCA seeks a partnership with parents that will aid in the success of their child's education.
Students take the role of active learner in the classroom. Through logic, memorization, and critical thinking, students are challenged to think deeply, apply practically, and excel in the field in which God places them.

In the classroom, the teacher is the ultimate authority. Teachers prepare lessons that are challenging to students and encourage higher level thinking. Each teacher is a certified teacher that professes to be a Christian.

Students (grades 1-12) also participate in weekly chapel services. Our campus pastor and youth pastor, as well as pastors from the Waupaca community, facilitate a chapel service with musical worship and a practical sermon for students to encourage them to live out their faith in their daily lives.

Grades Offered
WCA services students in K4-12 grade. Incoming students are tested to ensure that proper placement is granted. Teachers will utilize the testing results in preparation for the upcoming school year.

Accredidation
In the 2018-2019 school year, WCA underwent the accreditation process through the Wisconsin Association of Christian Schools (WACS). Therefore, the quality of academics is held to a strict standard. Ensuring that each student receives a quality education presented through a biblical worldview is of utmost importance to WACS and WCA.
Here's what our students are saying:

Student Life
WCA seeks to promote student involvement. Through engagement in school activities, students are able to get more out of the school experience that WCA offers.
Students are encouraged to connect with their peers through school-sponsored events and every day life. Whether connecting with friends during class activities, athletics, or extra curricular activities, students at WCA seek genuine friendships that are Christ-honoring.

Throughout the year, WCA sponsors family-oriented events including our Senior Tailgate, themed game nights, high school formal, and 100th day of school events. WCA also hosts parents, grandparents, and honored guests to attend Grandparents' Day Program, Veteran's Day Program, the Christmas Program, the School Play, and Kindergarten and Senior Graduations.

Students also have the opportunity to participate in field trips throughout the school year.
