WHAT IS THE PARENTAL SCHOOL CHOICE PROGRAM?

The Parental School Choice Program (PSCP) is a tuition assistance (voucher) program that allows parents to send their children to a private school, free of tuition. To qualify for the PSCP, parents must fill out an application and submit it to the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) between the first weekday in February to the third Thursday of April, each year.

WHEN IS THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD?

Enrollment opens on the first weekday in February. Parents interested in applying for the Choice Program must complete and submit their applications between the first weekday in February to the third Thursday in April. Failure to do so will prevent them from entering the Choice program for the upcoming year.

WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS?

While the enrollment process is not very in-depth, there are certain procedures that must be followed that will allow for a smooth transition into WCA.
