Financial Information

Christian education requires a commitment of time, money, and involvement for each family that chooses to put Christ at the center of their child's learning.  It is the goal for WCA to come alongside every family in finances.  The academy has the unique privilege of offering the School Choice Program for those who qualify and an affordable tuition rate and fees.  Again, WCA desires to work with families to ensure every child has the opportunity for an education with a Christian worldview.

Fees

Athletics Fee 

  • $100 (per sport) Varsity

  • $75 (per sport) JV and Middle School

Commencement Fee

  • $160 (per graduate)

Enrollment Fee​

  • 4K: $200

  • K-12: $375

    • ​K-12: $300 if enrolled before May 1st

Parental School Choice Program

Waupaca Christian Academy participates in the Parental School Choice Program (Choice Program). The Choice Program enables qualifying families to send their children to a private school without the cost of tuition. To qualify, three requirements must be met: financial, prior school, and grade entry. While many technical points surround the Choice Program, WCA is here to walk you through each step. With a strong desire to partner with each family that desires that their child have a Christian education, WCA will help ensure that each student can attend WCA.
